How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we have the facility for Klarna & PayPal Pay In Three if you qualify for these options.
What is the booking process?
- Book & pay online through the associated link to the event.
- You will receive email confirmation of your booking & travel tickets (please ensure you enter your email correctly).
- The day before the event you will receive reminder email with full details and another copy of your tickets.
- You will also receive text & email updates during your trip including the exact location where your coach is parked to easily find it after the event ends.
Can I book a one-way ticket?
Coach travel is only available to purchase as a return. However, your ticket will remain valid if you choose to travel on one half of the journey.
Can I only travel one leg of the journey?
You must notify us in advance if you plan to only travel one leg of the journey
Where will I get dropped off at the event?
The drop-off location, which is allocated to us by the event organisers, is never more than a short walk away from the venue.

Will my coach have a toilet?
While a toilet onboard is likely, we cannot always guarantee this. Where a toilet is not available there will be a scheduled comfort stop on route to the venue.
Can I take alcohol & food with me?
You may bring personal belongings including alcohol, however, due to it being illegal to consume alcohol on a coach it must be kept in the luggage hold until you reach your destination. Alcohol is not permitted in the passenger area of the coach. Hot & strong smelling food is not permitted to be eaten on the coach in addition to food that can affect other passengers allergies.
Will transport be cancelled if there is not enough bookings?
We never want to let our passengers down so rather than cancel a service due to little demand we have contigency plans in place. We will transfer your booking to one of our partnered luxury coach transport providers services to Dublin and still have you dropped off & picked up at the venue or within a short walking distance.
